English Conversation Circle

Monday September 30 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Event Series Event Series (See All)
Rainbow icon of people in a circle.

This is a group offers newcomers an opportunity to practice their conversational English skills, learn about Canadian culture, and engage with others who are English language learners.

Fun and informal discussions are facilitated by the community adult learning program coordinator.

This is not an English instruction class, but discussions often include questions about idioms, grammar, pronunciation, and spelling. This is a great way to practice what you are learning in ESL or online classes.

This group is open to adults (19+).

Registration is not required.

Please note: As this program runs outside of regular operating hours, the front door to the library will be locked until just before 1:30pm.

This programming has been made possible through funding from Decoda Literacy Solutions and the Ministry of Post-Seconday Education and Future Skills.
