The Fort St. James Public Library will be closed Saturday February 17th in lieu of Family Day. We will reopen at 10am on Tuesday February 20th.

Unapologetic (A group for teens 13-15)

Unapologetic is a group for teens that was developed using the Mindful Self-Compassion approach by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Chris Germer to create a liberating space for a diverse group of participants to discuss self-expression, social pressure and other stresses that affect self-image.
